Swale Borough Council (SBC) wishes to procure an organisation to provide community services on its behalf. The services are varied, requiring flexible and diverse skills, ranging from:
- Capacity building of the voluntary and community sector (VCS)
- Community and resident empowerment and engagement services
- A community development resource for specific communities/ areas in Swale
- Asset transfer of community facilities
