Governance
| Swale CVS has Trustees, Chairman and Executive Director. It meets quarterly and holds its AGM in early summer. All meetings are recorded, and accounts independently audited. The Trustees are drawn from a wide cross section of the community and associated voluntary bodies. It has agreed and signed its Compact with Swale Borough Council.The Trustees meet to discuss and review its strategic & business plans, and associated risks on a regular annual cycle. Notice of all meetings is circulated to members well in advance.
We have 439 member organisations giving a rich diversity and range of opinion and experience. These include groups supporting ethnic minorities, children, people with physical and learning, mental health sufferers and older people. |
